Coleman Mason is a Los Angeles–based filmmaker and colorist known for blending technical precision with artistic vision. Specializing in color grading for films, episodic television, music videos, and commercials, he brings a refined visual sensibility to every project.
He holds a BFA in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where he developed a deep understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual craft. Coleman’s early experience began with the Young Actors Guild, where his time in front of the camera sparked a lasting passion for filmmaking behind the scenes. While still in college, he founded his own LLC, leading creative teams and building a loyal client base.
A defining achievement early in his career was his senior thesis film, Vindold, shot in Iceland. The film received critical acclaim, was selected as a finalist in NASA’s CineSpace Film Festival, and premiered aboard the International Space Station, highlighting Coleman’s ability to create stories that resonate far beyond traditional boundaries.
Today, Coleman collaborates with global storytellers through Company 3, an award-winning post-production studio, where he enhances visual narratives with creativity and precision. His most recent film, Azi, premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
